Please note: This is a core build engine only, which means Rev6 requires your engine here for rebuild.

Rev6 build upwards of 400+ engines per month! Sometimes, we just don’t have cores in stock. Not a big deal! We will make this process as easy as possible for you. Once you place your order, Rev6 will send you a pre-packaged box and shipping labels, which include everything you need to get your old core engine headed this way! Once your box arrives, follow our core tear down instructions by removing any exhaust, electrical or fueling related parts. Once your engine is in the box and packaged, Rev6 will send FedEx to your door for pickup!

What does your rebuild include?

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• Cylinder block is inspected for damage, bored and honed to the next oversize or replaced.
• Pistons replaced with a new pistons and rings.
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your new Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you!

This listing is for a Build Core Engine, not a ready-to-install motor. Therefore, a solid, rebuildable core is required to begin the process. We completely strip down your core, machine it to spec, and rebuild it with premium parts. Because the quality of the core matters, please ensure it is complete as shown in our tear down sheet and free of cracks or major damage.
