The Kawasaki Brute Force 650 4x4i Engine Rebuild Service restores your original ATV engine at the REV6 facility in Utah. This service is specifically for 4x4i models equipped with independent suspension.
A REV6 master technician completes the engine assembly. Then, a second master technician inspects the finished build before it leaves our facility.
Your Engine Core Is Required
REV6 must receive your original engine core before the rebuild can begin. After arrival, our technicians inspect the core and identify any damage beyond normal wear.

- Valves precision-ground, valve lash set, and cylinder heads rebuilt
- Timing chain and oil pump chain inspected for stretch and wear, then replaced as needed
- Final assembly completed to the required engine specifications
