2011–2017 John Deere Gator XUV 825i Engine Rebuild
The John Deere Gator XUV 825i relies on its engine for hauling, property maintenance, and daily utility work. When internal wear affects starting, compression, or oil consumption, REV6 rebuilds your original engine with inspected OEM components, replacement wear parts, and machining where required.
This is a build-core engine rebuild service. REV6 must receive your original engine before inspection and rebuilding can begin.

- Cylinder inspected, bored, and honed to the next oversize as required

- Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications
- Final quality control inspection before shipment

Engine Core and Shipping Requirements
After purchasing, prepare your original John Deere Gator 825i engine for shipment to REV6. Remove the exhaust, fuel-system components, electrical components, and other external accessories before packing.
Once the engine arrives, our technicians inspect the core and determine the work required before rebuilding begins.
