Yamaha Grizzly 700 Engine Restoration – Core Required

Send in your Yamaha Grizzly 700 engine core, and we’ll return it as good as new. Our technicians measure, machine, and assemble to factory specs so your ATV starts clean, runs cool, and pulls hard—day after day.

This Engine Service Includes

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• Cylinder is inspected for damage, bored and honed to the next oversize or replaced.
• Piston replaced with a new piston and rings.
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished oil pump assembly.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Please note: This is a core build engine only, which means Rev6 requires your engine here for rebuild.

This is a core build engine service. REV6 requires your original engine on-site before rebuild work begins.

After placing your order, follow our core teardown instructions by removing exhaust, electrical, and fueling components before shipping your engine.
