We stand firmly behind our work, and we’re so confident in our process that we back every rebuilt engine with a 1-Year Warranty. Our complete engine rebuild includes the following:
- Full inspection, disassembly, and cleaning
- Fully inspected and reconditioned cases, camshaft, and balance shaft
- A brand new crankshaft
- All new bearings, gaskets, and seals
- New lifters and pistons
- Re-plated cylinders
We partner with the best companies in the business, using only the highest-quality parts. We never use cheap bearings, rods, or pistons. In fact, all our crankshafts are custom-built by the #1 crankshaft rebuilders in the world and are indexed within a tenth of a degree for precision that few other shops can achieve. We also have access to newly replated cylinders from Millennium Technologies, one of the most respected nickel-plating companies globally. For steel sleeve applications, we even offer in-house cylinder boring to ensure perfect piston-to-cylinder-wall clearances.
Our Process & Disclaimers
Once we receive your engine, we fully disassemble, clean, and inspect every component. We diagnose any damage, including cracks, worn journals, or excessive wear. Please note, we do not charge for this disassembly or diagnosis.
CORE REQUIRED OR REFUNDABLE CORE CHARGE BEFORE WE CAN SHIP YOUR NEW ENGINE.
To begin, you can send in your core first. This will waive the core charge, and your engine will be scheduled for work in the order it was received. Please call for current lead times.
Alternatively, you may opt to have us build an engine without sending in your core first. In this case, we require a refundable core charge and a 50% down payment before we can begin work. You must return your core within two weeks of receiving your rebuilt engine to have the core charge refunded.
For any special requests or if you have questions, we’d love to talk to you. Give us a call or send a message; no question is too big or too small. We take photos of the core upon arrival and the new engine before it ships, which are emailed to you for your records.
