2020–2027 CFMOTO ZFORCE 950 Engine Core Rebuild
Send your original ZFORCE 950 engine to REV6 for in-house inspection, machining, and rebuilding. This build-core-only service addresses the internal engine as one assembly, so the work begins after your core reaches our shop.
Our technicians determine which reusable parts remain within specification and which parts require repair or replacement. That approach keeps the rebuild tied to the actual condition of your engine instead of making assumptions before teardown.
Send Your Engine Core First
After purchase, REV6 provides the shipping instructions and tracking information needed to move your engine to our shop. Before shipment, remove the exhaust, electrical parts, fuel-system parts, and sensors from the core.
Use the REV6 engine shipping instructions to prepare the engine correctly. Our customer service team is also available if you have questions about removing external parts or arranging shipment.
Crankcase and Rotating Assembly Work
- Engine core inspected after arrival
- Crankcase assembly cleaned, inspected, and refurbished
- Crankshaft assembly inspected and rebuilt
- New high-babbitt crankshaft bearings installed
- Remaining engine bearings cleaned and inspected, then replaced as required
Cylinders and Pistons
- Cylinders inspected for wear and damage
- Worn cylinders replaced with refurbished, hone-finished Nikasil-coated cylinders when required
- New pistons, piston rings, and wrist pins installed
- Mating surfaces decked or resurfaced as required
Cylinder Head and Timing Work
- Cylinder head rebuilt and inspected
- Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
- Valves and valve seats recut and checked with vacuum testing
- Camshafts cleaned, inspected, and polished
- Timing chains inspected and replaced as needed
Sealing, Assembly, and Inspection
- New gaskets and oil seals installed throughout the engine
- Engine assembled by a master technician
- Finished build checked through final quality control
- Second technician verifies the completed engine before shipment
Because this service begins with your original engine, the final work can vary with core condition. REV6 will contact you if the inspection finds damage that requires repairs outside the listed rebuild process.

A standard 1-year REV6 engine warranty is included. You may also select the optional 2-year no-fault warranty for additional coverage.
