CFMoto ZForce 1000 Engine Rebuild (2015–2025 Models)

This is a BUILD CORE ONLY service, meaning we remanufacture your existing CFMoto ZForce 1000 engine. If your machine is experiencing power loss, piston wear, or internal noise, our rebuild process restores reliable performance for trail riding and aggressive utility use.

All machining and assembly are completed in-house to ensure precise tolerances, proper crankshaft alignment, and consistent quality control.

Warranty Coverage

Every rebuilt ZForce 1000 engine includes a standard 1-year warranty. For additional protection, you may upgrade to a 2-year no-fault warranty.

What Your Rebuilt Engine Includes

• Full inspection of the engine core
• Refurbished crankcase assembly
• Inspected and rebuilt crankshaft assembly
• New high-babbitt crankshaft bearings
• Worn cylinders replaced with refurbished, hone-finished nikasil coated cylinders
• New pistons, rings, and wrist pins installed with precision
• Rebuilt cylinder head
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• Valves and valve seats recut and verified with vacuum testing
• Camshafts cleaned, inspected, and polished
• Decked and resurfaced mating surfaces for proper sealing
• Timing chains inspected and replaced as needed
• New gaskets and oil seals throughout
• All bearings cleaned, inspected, and replaced as required
• Assembly completed by a master technician
• Final quality control inspection before shipment
• Double inspection guarantee — one technician builds, another verifies

Core Requirement

This is a core build engine service. REV6 requires your original engine on-site before rebuild work begins.

After placing your order, follow our core teardown instructions by removing exhaust, electrical, and fueling components before shipping your engine.
