Most tuning companies sell preloaded “canned” maps — generic files that are loaded into every machine regardless of setup, riding style, elevation, tire size, or modifications. REV6 doesn’t do that. Every REV6 ECU tune starts from your actual stock ECU file, then gets rebuilt line by line to match your specific machine and setup.
This is true custom calibration. Our tuning engineers use the same principles we apply in our engine building division, where we’ve built and tuned high-performance UTV and ATV engines across multiple platforms. The result is smoother power delivery, improved throttle response, stronger acceleration, and real-world reliability you can feel immediately.

STAGE 1 — +5–8 HP

STAGE 2 — +10–15 HP

Machines running intake and exhaust upgrades

Performance Trail Riding / Dunes / Desert / Aggressive Riding
Includes:
- All Stage 1 features
- Lower cooling fan temps
- Removed speed-related factory restrictions (where applicable)
- Raised throttle and torque limits within safe operating ranges
- Improved deceleration behavior
- Enhanced timing and fueling for higher-flow setups

Noticeably stronger acceleration, more aggressive throttle response, harder top-end pull, and significantly improved overall performance compared to stock calibration.
STAGE 3 — 20+ HP (Build Dependent)
