Rebuilt Engine Service for the 2016–2027 CFMOTO UFORCE 800

Low compression, oil use, and internal engine noise can point to wear in more than one area. REV6 rebuilds your supplied UFORCE 800 engine so the crankshaft, cylinders, pistons, cylinder head, timing parts, bearings, and seals can be evaluated together.

This is a build-core-only service. Your original engine must arrive at REV6 before inspection and rebuild work can begin.

Preparing Your UFORCE 800 Engine Core

After checkout, REV6 sends the shipping instructions and tracking information for your engine. Remove the exhaust, electrical parts, fuel-system parts, and sensors before preparing the core for freight shipment.

Review the REV6 engine shipping instructions before packing the engine. You can also speak with our customer service team if you need help identifying which external parts to remove.

Crankcase, Crankshaft, and Bearings

• Engine core inspected after arrival
• Crankcase assembly cleaned, inspected, and refurbished
• Crankshaft assembly inspected and rebuilt
• New high-babbitt crankshaft bearings installed
• Remaining bearings cleaned and inspected, then replaced as required

Pistons, Cylinders, and Sealing Surfaces

• Cylinders inspected for wear and damage
• Worn cylinders replaced with refurbished, hone-finished Nikasil-coated cylinders when required
• New pistons, piston rings, and wrist pins installed
• Mating surfaces decked or resurfaced as required
• New gaskets and oil seals installed

Cylinder Head and Timing Components

• Cylinder head rebuilt and inspected
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• Valves and valve seats recut, then checked with vacuum testing
• Camshafts cleaned, inspected, and polished
• Timing chains inspected for stretch and wear, with replacement as needed

Assembly and Final Review

A master engine technician completes the assembly after the required machining and parts work. Before shipment, a second technician checks the finished engine through REV6 quality control.

Core condition determines the exact work needed. Therefore, REV6 will contact you if the inspection identifies damage outside the rebuild work listed on this page.

Warranty Coverage

Every UFORCE 800 engine rebuild includes a standard 1-year REV6 engine warranty. An optional 2-year no-fault warranty is also available for customers who want additional coverage.
