This service is a BUILD CORE ONLY listing, which means we rebuild your existing engine.

Our master technicians meticulously rebuild every CFMoto CForce 1000 engine to ensure superior performance and long-lasting reliability.

What Your New Rebuilt Engine Features

• Standard 1-year warranty, with an optional 2-year no-fault warranty available.
• A full inspection of the engine core.
• Refurbished crankcase assembly.
• Inspected and rebuilt crankshaft assembly.
• New high-babbitt crankshaft bearings.
• Worn cylinders are replaced with refurbished and honed finished nikasil-coated cylinders.
• New pistons, rings, and wrist pins installed with precision.
• Rebuilt cylinder head.
• Valve guide inspected and replaced as needed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure a tight seal, verified with a vacuum test.
• Camshafts cleaned, inspected, and polished.
• Decked and resurfaced mating surfaces to create a tight seal.
• Timing chains inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• New gaskets and oil seals.
• All bearings are fully cleaned and inspected, and replaced as needed.
• Assembly completed by a master technician with Sea-Doo expertise.
• Double inspection guarantee — one technician builds, another checks.

Please note: This is a core build engine only, which means Rev6 requires your engine here for rebuild.

Rev6 builds upwards of 400+ engines per month! Sometimes, we just don’t have cores in stock. Not a big deal! We make the shipping process as easy as possible for you.

Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you!
