This service is a BUILD CORE ONLY listing, which means we rebuild your existing engine.

Our master technicians meticulously rebuild every CFMoto CForce 1000 engine to ensure superior performance and long-lasting reliability. Your rebuild includes:

What Your New Rebuilt Engine Features

• Standard 1-year warranty, with an optional 2-year no-fault warranty available.
• A full inspection of engine core.
• Refurbished crankcase assembly.
• Inspected and rebuilt crankshaft assembly.
• New high babbitt crankshaft bearings.
• Worn cylinders are replaced with refurbished and hone finished nikasil coated cylinders.
• New pistons, rings, and wrist pins installed with precision.
• Rebuilt cylinder head.
• Valve guide inspected and replaced as need.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts cleaned, inspected and polished.
• Decked and resurfaced mating surfaces to create a tight seal.
• Timing chains inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• New gaskets and oil seals.
• All bearings fully cleaned and inspected, replaced as needed.
• Assembly completed by a master technician with Sea-Doo expertise.
• Each unit inspected before shipment to confirm accuracy.

Please note: This is a core build engine only, which means Rev6 requires your engine here for rebuild.

Rev6 build upwards of 400+ engines per month! Sometimes, we just don’t have cores in stock. Not a big deal! We will make this process as easy as possible for you.

Once you place your order, Rev6 will send you a pre-packaged box and shipping labels, which include everything you need to get your old core engine headed this way! Once your box arrives, follow our core tear down instructions by removing any exhaust, electrical or fueling related parts. Once your engine is in the box and packaged, Rev6 will send FedEx to your door for pickup!

Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you!
