We guarantee your engine will be as good as new or better. We stand behind our engines with a 1-year warranty. Rev6 also offers a 2 year, no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for an additional $450. This means that for two years, we will replace your engine free of charge, no questions asked, if anything happens! We got you covered! At Rev6, we are committed to excellence in quality control. Your Rev6 engine includes: 

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder heads inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, shimmed to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• High-temperature valve stem seals installed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• New high babbitt crankshaft and rod bearings.
• Cylinders are inspected for damage, bored and honed to the next oversize or replated.
• Pistons replaced with a new pistons and rings.
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished oil pump assembly.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Core Options:

To receive the Rev6 engine, you will need to provide your old core or pay a refundable core charge of $1200.00 If your core is in good condition, the charge is fully refundable! If you have a good core to return, please give us a call. We also offer alternatives if you would like to avoid paying the refundable core charge and would like the new engine first, but this only applies to customers with a qualifying core for exchange.
