Bobcat 3200 500cc Gas Engine Rebuild for 2010–2014
REV6 rebuilds Bobcat 3200 500cc gas engines with new bearings, pistons, rings, and serviced cylinder heads. First, our technicians inspect the engine for worn or damaged parts. Next, they check which OEM components can be reused. Then, they determine which parts need repair or replacement.
Depending on cylinder wear, REV6 bores and hones the cylinder or has it replated. Once the rebuild is complete, our technicians check the finished engine before shipment.
What’s Included in the Bobcat 3200 Engine Rebuild
- Complete engine core inspection and cleaning
- Reusable OEM components inspected and refurbished
- Cylinder head cleaned, sandblasted, resurfaced, and rebuilt
- Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
- High-temperature valve stem seals installed
- Valves and seats recut, refaced, and vacuum tested
- Camshaft lobes and journals inspected and serviced as required
- Refurbished crankshaft
- New high-babbitt crankshaft and connecting rod bearings
- Cylinder bored and honed to the next oversize or replated as required
- New pistons and piston rings
- Timing chain inspected and replaced as needed
- Oil pump inspected and refurbished as required
- Engine cases inspected for damage and excessive wear
- New engine gaskets and seals
- Final assembly torqued to manufacturer specifications
Because engine cores vary in condition, the required machining and replacement parts may differ. As a result, REV6 determines the final rebuild work after inspecting the engine.

Core Requirement and Exchange Options
REV6 offers two ways to complete your Bobcat 3200 engine rebuild:
- Build Core: Send your original rebuildable engine to REV6 for inspection and rebuilding.
- Core Exchange: A refundable $800 core charge option is available for qualifying advance exchanges, subject to engine availability.
If you choose the build-core option, REV6 begins with your supplied engine. However, an advance exchange may be available when a qualifying engine is in stock.
After your returned core arrives, REV6 checks its condition and eligibility. If the core qualifies, REV6 issues the applicable refund under the core return policy.

Your rebuilt Bobcat 3200 engine includes a 1-year no-fault warranty. Additionally, REV6 offers an optional 2-year no-fault warranty upgrade.
