This engine is available as a Build Core service. After you place your order, send your rebuildable Bobcat 2100S engine to REV6. Next, our technicians inspect the core and begin the remanufacturing process. Once the rebuild is complete, our quality control team performs a final inspection before returning your engine ready for installation.

• Crankshaft and connecting rod assembly inspected for wear and serviceability
• Cylinder bores trued and crosshatched before assembly
• New pistons and piston rings installed
• Complete gasket kit installed

• Valves serviced and valve lash adjusted to manufacturer specifications

A rebuildable engine core is required for this service. However, you may send your engine core before rebuilding begins or choose the refundable $800 core charge option if you need an engine shipped before returning your core.
