When your original motor begins to lose power, burn oil, or show signs of internal wear, a Rev6 remanufactured engine offers a dependable way to bring your machine back to work. Every engine includes our standard 1-year warranty, and you can upgrade to a 2-year No-Fault warranty for an additional $450. With this upgrade, we replace your engine for any failure—no questions asked.

ENGINE FEATURES & REBUILD PROCESS

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, shimmed to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• High-temperature valve stem seals installed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• New high babbitt crankshaft and rod bearings.
• Cylinder inspected for damage, bored and honed to the next oversize or replated.
• Pistons replaced with a new pistons and rings.
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished oil pump assembly.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

To receive your Rev6 engine, you must send in your old core or pay a refundable $800 core charge. If your core meets inspection standards, you receive a full refund. If you want your engine shipped before sending your core, we can offer a core-exchange option for qualifying customers.
