Can-Am Renegade 570 Engine Rebuild for 2016–2023 Models

This is a core engine rebuild service for your Renegade 570. This service rebuilds your existing engine and returns it ready to run.

What Your Engine Rebuild Includes

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with optional 2-year no-fault upgrade

Top End & Cylinder Head Work

• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, and shimmed to manufacturer specifications
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• High-temperature valve stem seals installed
• Valves and valve seats recut and verified with vacuum testing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced when required

Bottom End & Rotating Assembly

• Refurbished crankshaft
• New high-babbitt crankshaft and rod bearings installed
• Engine cases fully inspected and tested for cracks, wear, and structural integrity

Cylinder & Internal Components

• Cylinder inspected for damage
• Bored and honed to the next oversize or replated when required
• New pistons and rings installed
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, then replaced as needed
• Refurbished oil pump assembly

Final Assembly

• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications

To begin, send in your engine core or choose the refundable core charge option. Once your order is placed, a shipping kit and instructions are provided. Then, remove external components such as exhaust, electrical, and fueling parts. After that, package your engine and schedule pickup using the provided label.

When your engine arrives, the rebuild process begins. Typically, turnaround time is about 2 weeks. Once the rebuild is complete and passes inspection, your engine ships back ready for installation.
