This Master Valve Train Rebuild Kit fits Polaris Scrambler and Sportsman 1000 models from 2015–2022. Designed to restore airflow control and timing accuracy, this kit includes upgraded forged valves, a new timing chain, and the necessary sealing components for proper reassembly.

• (4) Forged Nitride One-Piece Performance Exhaust Valves
• (8) High Temp Valve Stem Seals

First, forged one-piece nitride valves improve durability and resist heat-related wear. Next, replacing the timing chain helps maintain proper cam timing and valve operation. In addition, new high temp valve stem seals reduce oil consumption and improve sealing at the guides. As a result, your 1000 engine’s valvetrain operates more consistently and reliably.
