REV6 offers rebuild options built around your riding goals, season timing, and engine condition. Many customers choose to send in their original engine core because it often helps keep the rebuild process moving, while refundable core options may be available when inventory allows. Every engine moves through evaluation, rebuild work, careful assembly, and final quality checks before shipment.

Every rebuilt engine includes our industry-leading 1-year no-fault warranty, with the option to upgrade to a 2-year no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty. Tracking information is provided after shipment so you can stay informed through delivery.

    How do I know if my snowmobile engine may need rebuilding?

    Harder cold starts, reduced response, lower compression, unusual engine sounds, increased oil use, or noticeable changes in performance can all be signs that it is time to evaluate the engine.

    Do most rebuild projects use my original engine?

    Most rebuilds move forward using the customer’s original engine core because it often helps scheduling and turnaround stay more predictable. Depending on inventory and timing, refundable core options may also be available.

    How do customers stay updated after shipment?

    Tracking information is provided after shipment so you can follow delivery progress and better plan installation timing before the next ride.

    Every Polaris RMK engine we build is done by one of our master technicians. With over 35 years of experience, your snowmobile engine is in great hands.
    All Engines Include:
    • Newly rebuilt crankshaft (indexed and trued to better than OEM specifications)
    • Forged rods
    • Newly re-plated cylinder (Nikel plating done by Millennium Technologies)
    • Cylinder heads are decked to OEM Specifications
    • New mag plus PTO seals
    • All new fiber gaskets and o-rings
    • Pistons are forged with dual oiling ports on all skirts
