We will give you a number that you can call if an after-hours emergency occurs. If the damage is caused by you, the renter, you will be charged a delivery/pick up fee along with the rental days the machine is down, as stated in the liability waiver. If it is an issue that is caused by the machine itself, such as a mechanical failure, we will bring you a replacement machine at no cost.
