Before You Order

Verify Your Crankshaft

Some 2017 Polaris 570 models were equipped with two different crankshaft designs. This kit includes the 22mm small-taper magneto-end crankshaft. Measure the beginning of the taper on your existing crankshaft before ordering. If you’re unsure which version you have, Contact REV6 and we’ll help identify the correct components.

Verify Your Cylinder Head

Polaris also used two different cylinder head designs during these model years. This kit includes the old-style cylinder head with the recessed exhaust port that uses a crush washer. Compare your existing head with the product photos before placing your order.
