The 2008 Sea-Doo RXT 255 is built for strong acceleration and hard-running PWC performance. However, when the short block starts showing wear, you may notice low compression, oil issues, rough operation, or power that falls off under load.

Core required: A rebuildable Sea-Doo RXT 255 short block core must be supplied for this service. Once your order is placed, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and coordinate pickup.

Before shipping, remove your exhaust, fuel-related components, electrical parts, sensors, and any external accessories not required for the short block rebuild. After that, we handle the rest—from teardown to final rebuild and return shipping.

• Crankcase assembly inspected and refurbished

• New high-babbitt crankshaft bearings installed
• Cylinders bored and honed to the next oversize or re-sleeved as needed
