Engine Rebuild Kit for 2007-2008 Ski-Doo 800R P-TEK
The Ski-Doo 800R rebuild kit is intended for engines requiring crankshaft and piston replacement while the existing cylinder remains reusable. Inspect and measure the cylinder before ordering to confirm that it remains within its service limits.

Inspect the Cylinder and Crankcase
Check the cylinder bores for scoring, taper, and out-of-round wear. Also inspect the crankcase and sealing surfaces for damage. During assembly, verify crankshaft runout, piston clearance, and ring end gap according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
Choose the Correct Rebuild Level
