First, we completely disassemble your engine and clean every surface. Then, our technicians check each part for wear, cracks, or alignment issues. After inspection, we replace and refurbish components and assemble everything to precise factory specs. Finally, every build is double-checked before it leaves our shop. As a result, your RMK 800 delivers smooth, reliable power all season long.

Our cylinders are re-plated by Millennium Technologies, one of the most respected nickel-plating companies worldwide. For steel-sleeve engines, our in-house boring achieves perfect piston-to-wall clearance and a flawless hone pattern.

Every REV6 rebuild is covered by our standard 1-year warranty. You can also upgrade to a 2-year No-Fault Warranty for complete protection; If anything happens, we make it right—no questions asked.

NOTE: THIS IS A BUILD CORE ONLY SERVICE

⚠️ A rebuildable core is required for this product. Rev6 build upwards of 400+ engines per month! Sometimes, we just don’t have cores in stock. Not a big deal! We will make this process as easy as possible for you. After you place your order, we will send a box, a prepaid label, and arrange for pickup. Simply remove your exhaust, fuel related components, electrical and sensors, and we will send FedEx to your door for pickup! For full details, please visit our Help Center.
