Polaris RMK 600 CFI Engine Rebuild (2012–2015 Models)

If your 2012–2015 Polaris RMK 600 CFI engine has suffered from piston scoring, compression loss, or cold-weather reliability issues, we perform a complete engine remanufacture to restore dependable performance. This is a core-required service, meaning we must receive your engine or a refundable core deposit before shipment.

Each RMK 600 CFI engine is fully disassembled, inspected, machined, and reassembled in-house to ensure proper tolerances and long-term durability in demanding snow conditions.

Core Deposit Requirements

This rebuild service requires a $1,200 refundable core deposit. Once your core is received and inspected, you will receive a full refund as long as components are not damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

If significant damage is present, deductions may apply. To bypass the core deposit, you may send your core first. We will inspect it upon arrival and contact you before proceeding.
