Polaris 600 CFI Engine Rebuild Service (2016–2022)

The Polaris 600 CFI engine is built for clean throttle response and dependable snow performance. However, once internal wear starts to show up, you may notice hard starts, weak pull, or rough operation. A full rebuild brings the engine back the right way.

At REV6, we tear your engine down completely, inspect each component, and rebuild it with corrected clearances and refreshed internals. As a result, your Polaris 600 CFI runs smoother, pulls stronger, and stays reliable when the snow starts stacking up.

Core Requirement

Core required: A rebuildable Polaris 600 CFI engine core must be supplied for this service. You can send your core in first or choose the refundable $1200 core deposit option.

Once we receive your core, we inspect it for damage beyond normal wear. If your core qualifies, the deposit is returned in full. If major damage is found, deductions may apply.

Before shipping, remove exhaust, fuel-related components, electrical parts, and sensors. After that, we handle the teardown, inspection, rebuild, and return shipping.

Machining, Inspection, and Setup

Once your engine arrives, we fully disassemble, clean, and inspect it. Then we check crankshaft bearings, rods, crank true, and indexing so the rotating assembly is ready for dependable use.

We also inspect the engine cases for cracks, bearing journal wear, and other damage. In addition, cylinders are checked for pitting, scarring, taper, and out-of-round wear.

For steel-sleeve applications, REV6 offers in-house cylinder boring with proper piston-to-wall clearance and a clean hone pattern. That way, the piston and cylinder setup is matched for reliable break-in and long-term performance.

We do not charge for disassembly or diagnosis during the rebuild inspection process.
