Polaris Sportsman / Scrambler 850 Cylinder Sleeve Kit (2011–2018)

Description

87mm Cylinder Sleeve Kit for 2011–2018 Polaris Sportsman and Scrambler 850

Replacing the cylinder sleeves in your Polaris Sportsman or Scrambler 850 engine? This REV6 kit includes two new 87mm cylinder sleeves for 2011–2018 models.

The sleeves are supplied as replacement engine components for customers and repair shops performing cylinder sleeve work. Engine case machining is required to accommodate the new sleeves.

This Kit Includes

• (2) New Cylinder Sleeves (87mm)

Important: Engine Case Machining for Sleeve Fitment

The engine cases must be machined to fit these new cylinder sleeves. This is an installation requirement and does not prevent customers from purchasing the kit separately.

Before installation, confirm the required machining and sleeve fitment for your engine. The kit supplies the two new sleeves; machining work is not included.
