The Polaris RZR Pro S combines turbocharged performance with agile handling, making it a popular choice for riders who spend long days in the dunes, desert, and on technical trails. When engine damage or excessive wear puts your ride on hold, REV6 rebuilds your original engine using proven machining practices and thorough quality inspections.

This is a Build Core Engine service for 2025-2026 Polaris RZR Pro S Sport, Premium, Ultimate, and Calavera models. After your order is placed, we’ll send your work order along with engine preparation and shipping instructions. Once your rebuildable engine arrives, our technicians inspect the core before rebuilding begins. The Pro S lineup includes the Sport, Premium, Ultimate, and limited Calavera editions.

Engine Rebuild Process

• Complete teardown, cleaning, and inspection of every engine component
• Crankshaft remanufactured with a new connecting rod and precision trued
• Cylinder inspected, bored, honed to the next oversize, or replaced when required
• New moly-coated piston and piston rings installed
• Cylinder head cleaned, decked, rebuilt, and shimmed to manufacturer specifications
• Manganese bronze exhaust valve guide upgrade for improved durability
• Intake valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• Valve seats and valves recut, then verified with vacuum testing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned, polished, and replaced if necessary
• Timing chain and oil pump chain inspected and replaced when required
• Refurbished oil pump assembly
• Engine cases inspected for journal wear, cracks, and structural damage
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Final assembly torqued to manufacturer specifications
• Complete quality control inspection before shipment

Your rebuilt engine includes the gaskets and seals needed to complete installation.

How the Build Core Program Works

After your purchase is complete, REV6 will email your work order together with shipping instructions for your engine core. Before shipping, remove external components according to the provided instructions and package the engine for transport.

Once your engine reaches our facility, we inspect the core, complete the machining and rebuilding process, perform final quality control, and prepare the engine for return shipment with tracking information.

Warranty, Production Time & Financing

Your Polaris RZR Pro S engine rebuild includes our standard 1-Year No-Fault Warranty. If you’d like additional coverage, you can upgrade to our 2-Year No-Fault Warranty for an additional $450.

Production time for most engine rebuilds is approximately 5-10 business days after we receive your rebuildable core. If you’re planning around an upcoming ride or race, contact our team for the latest production schedule.
