REV6 rebuilds the Kawasaki Ultra 250X Jet Ski Engine for 2007-2008 models. Send us your engine core, and our experienced engine team will rebuild it using a detailed inspection, machining, assembly, and quality-control process.

Every engine includes our standard 1-year no-fault warranty. An optional 2-year no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty upgrade is also available.

Mating surfaces decked and resurfaced for proper sealing

Cylinder Head & Valve Train

Cylinder head rebuilt
Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
Valves and valve seats recut or refaced and verified with a vacuum test
Camshafts cleaned, inspected, and polished
Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, then replaced as needed

Final Assembly & Quality Control

New gaskets and oil seals
Bearings cleaned and inspected, then replaced as needed
Engine assembled by an experienced REV6 technician
Completed engine inspected before shipment
Double-inspection process: one technician builds the engine and another checks it
