The Kawasaki Ultra 160LX/LX-S +.25mm Complete Engine Rebuild Kit is designed for 2023-2026 models with cylinders machined to +.25mm. It includes the major engine components needed for a complete rebuild while allowing you to reuse intake and exhaust valves that remain within specification.
First, measure the finished cylinder bore after machining. Then match the piston size to the bore before assembly. Replacing the rotating assembly, bearings, timing components, and gaskets during one rebuild helps restore proper clearances and dependable engine performance.
