This Yamaha SX240 1800 HO +.25mm engine rebuild kit is built for 2013–2015 jet boat engines that need light bore correction. It uses +.25mm pistons and other matched components to improve clearance in lightly worn cylinders.

Because these parts are chosen for the +.25mm oversize setup, you install components that fit the enlarged bore size. In addition, REV6 inspects each piece before shipment to help ensure fit and consistency.
