This Polaris Front Differential Rebuild Service is built for machines that have started showing the usual signs of front diff wear, including grinding, vibration, or delayed front-wheel pull. REV6 tears down your existing unit, inspects the internals, and replaces worn components to get your 4WD working the way it should.

This is a rebuild service, so you will need to send in a good rebuildable core. If the housing is cracked, a gear surface is destroyed, or the internal journals are beyond repair, a $300 fee applies. If you are not sure whether your core is serviceable, reach out to the REV6 team before ordering.
