Description
Sea-Doo GTX iS 215 Engine Rebuild Service (2010–2011)
The Sea-Doo GTX iS 215 is built for smooth ride feel, steady power, and dependable days on the water. However, when internal wear starts to show up, you may notice rough starts, weaker throttle response, leaks, or performance that feels uneven under load.
At REV6, we tear your engine down completely, inspect every major component, and rebuild it with refreshed internals and corrected clearances. As a result, your GTX iS 215 runs cleaner, responds smoother, and gets you back on the water with confidence.
Core Requirement
Core required: A rebuildable Sea-Doo GTX iS 215 engine core must be supplied for this service. Your rebuild begins once we receive your engine and complete the initial inspection.
After your order is placed, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and coordinate pickup. Before shipping, remove your exhaust, fuel-related components, electrical parts, and sensors. After that, we handle the teardown, rebuild, inspection, and return shipping.

Built for Smooth GTX iS Performance
The GTX iS 215 needs clean starts, strong sealing, healthy bearings, and accurate internal clearances to run the way it should. Because of that, we focus on crankshaft condition, piston fitment, valve sealing, cylinder finish, gasket integrity, and case health throughout the rebuild.
In turn, your rebuilt engine delivers smoother operation, cleaner acceleration, and steady performance for more time on the water.
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time is about 2 weeks after your engine core arrives, depending on the condition of your core and parts availability.
