You don’t have to send your motor in. There is an option for a refundable core charge you can pay to receive your new engine. We also offer engines that don’t require a core charge as well.

The core is your old engine.

RZR 800 is $1,100
RZR 900 & RZR 1000 is $1,700
RZR 570 is $1,500
Once your engine has been inspected these amounts are refunded.

Yes, we have many options available from high compression pistons to upgraded camshafts, big bore, tuning etc.

We use both new crankshafts and fully inspected and trued crankshafts.

Most of our customers use Fed Ex or UPS to ship us their engine core.

Our master technicians inspect every engine before they are shipped out.

There are many reasons your engine may have failed. Let us know if you would like an official diagnosis. We will inspect your motor, determine what failed and send you an official diagnosis as well as potential solutions to fix the problem.

It depends on the user and type of riding as well as the preventative maintenance schedule but it is common to get 6,000 – 12,000 miles.

We offer a parts swap service for $250. This means that we will take your other parts that typically are not part of the engine rebuild and put them on your new engine. That way when you receive it you don’t have to worry about transferring any of the parts.

We offer a standard 1-year warranty on all of our engines. We also offer an upgraded worry free warranty for $399. This extends the warranty an additional 1-year for giving you a 2-year warranty.

Yes we offer a line of Carrillo rods, and Hot Rods depending on your desired performance.

As always with engines preventative maintenance is the best way to get the most out of your new engine.
